Why is this in the Help section?
This is in the help section be you get stars for helping people.

How to get Stars:
Every time I think you do somthing good I will give you a star.
Things like good guides, helping users, and things will give you stars.

How you can loose stars:
Editing your stars will make you lose all your stars.
Breaking rules will make you lose stars depending on how bad the rule.
